We seek to provide everyone with the opportunity to access our services so will honour all concession and student cardholders with a discount of $5 off any services at all times.

We also provide a sliding scale fee schedule for those experiencing hardship.

Policies for Late or Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

Within reason, we try to accommodate those who experience extenuating circumstances for late arrival or cancellation of their appointments, however, in order to provide the best possible service to you and others we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment so you make the best use of your time with us and also that you provide at least 24 hours notice of intent to not attend a session (via phone or text) so someone else may have the opportunity to utilise the vacated space.

Cancellation Fees:

-       No charge for more than 24 hours notice

-       50% fee for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice

-       100% fee charge if no cancellation notice received
